1. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

• To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• You must request a refund or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items

• Products that show signs of physical damage, improper use, or tampering are not eligible.

• Customized or special-order products are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Software, licenses, and downloadable digital products are non-refundable.

• Items purchased under clearance sales or promotional discounts are final sales and cannot be returned.

3. Refund Process

• Our team will review your request and notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Process

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos.

• Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or exchange.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where UrbanFox Security Solutions is at fault.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers must securely pack the item and send it to our return center at the address provided in the approval email.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

• UrbanFox Security Solutions is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

• Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, and the return/exchange policy applies.
